On December 10, 2024, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement was held in Beijing between Beijing Scitech-MQ Pharmaceuticals Limited (Scitech Pharma) and Zhejiang Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical Limited (Jiuzhou Pharma). The two parties will establish a strategic cooperative relationship for sustainable development based on the principles of complementary advantages, equality and mutual benefit, synergistic innovation and common development; both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of customized processing and production of innovative drugs, drug R&D technical services and other areas to achieve win-win cooperation and promote common development.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Kexiu, Chairman of Scitech Pharma, Mr. Zhang Qiang, President of Scitech Pharma, Mr. Yan Henglin, Vice President of Bio, and Mr. Chen Gong, General Manager of Innovative Drugs CDMO Segment of Jiuzhou Pharma, Mr. Li Yuanqiang, Chief Technology Officer of Jiuzhou Pharma, and Mr. Cao Weifeng, Vice President of Jiuzhou Pharma, and other parties attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Mr. Zhang Qiang, President of Scitech Pharma, on behalf of the company, presented the “Excellent Strategic Partner” award to Jiuzhou Pharma. Mr. Zhang Qiang, said that Jiuzhou Pharma as a leading innovative drug CDMO enterprise in China, will collaborate and empower each other in the industrialization process development of ST-1898 API, and jointly promote the industrialization and production of ST-1898 to create innovative drugs in China.
