This Division is responsible for target research, target validation, high-throughput kinase screening of compounds, high-throughput in vitro cellular pharmacodynamic/toxicological validation, drug pharmacodynamic/toxicological mechanism of action studies and PK/PD studies, which is an important platform for the Company's drug discovery and research.

According to the Company's project requirements, this Division has established a cell seed resource base that contains over 200 different cell lines. It is equipped with advanced assay equipment such as an EnVision multi-mode assay platform, Odyssey two-color infrared laser imaging system, BD Accuri C6 flow cytometry analyzer, Luminex liquid phase microarray assay platform, and Echo-lab Revolve forward-inverted integrated fluorescence.

With a well-equipped facility, the team is capable of conducting a full range of drug screening and mechanistic research experiments in the field of targeted tumors and immunology. The Division also collaborates with other Divisions, such as the Pharmacology and Toxicology Division and DMPK Division as well as other external CROs to conduct a full range of preclinical studies.
